"The artist must create a spark before he can make a fire and before art is born, the artist must be ready to be consumed by the fire of his own creation." - Auguste Rodin
How I do love the wonders that are ever unfolding in nature! A dazzling sunset; the magic of a hummingbird with it's iridescent plumage; the intricacy of a flower's design; the power manifested as lightning flashes across a darkened sky; the thunderous boom that accompanies the lightning; the peace experienced by listening to the gentle sounds of a babbling brook; the warmth felt when observing the tenderness shown by a doe nursing her fawns - all of this fills one with a sense of awe and enchantment. I am thrilled to capture a portion of this wonder through my artistic expression. Incorporating the human element will enable the viewer to place themselves into the setting. We can imagine what it would be like to be there. Please take your time viewing what I have presented for your enjoyment. Thank you for visiting. Terry Warfel
